Finally, I broke out a really inexpensive Gouache set I bought many months ago. It started well, then I lost the thread, but then I feel I got it back under control. Still, there are issues, but I'm happy with it over all.

This was supposed to be twice as large, but I discovered I should not have trusted an untested watercolor paper with masking fluid. It failed miserably.
Luckily I discovered this before getting too far into the bottom half, but that's why there are branches of a tree in the bottom left corner.

I've not been in the mood to do art in a few months. I needed to just do something. No planning, just so it. This was done with no drawing, just going in and painting, which leads to some areas I'm not fond of, but overall it's okay.
